A telephone system maintenance agreement from Realtime IT Solutions lets you focus on the running of your business with the assurance that our engineers are looking after your telephone system.
What is covered:

When We’re Available:
Our maintenance agreements cover your system Monday to Friday, 8:00 am till 5:30 pm (excluding bank holidays). Support requests can be made using our self-service customer portal, email, telephone, or by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. If you have a major service affecting fault we will respond within four hours and aim to fix it within 16 hours, for minor non-service affecting faults or programming changes we will respond within eight hours and aim to fix within 48 hours. Critical faults will always get priority support.
Two yearly maintenance visits will be scheduled with you to check the health of the system, here is what is covered by the maintenance check:
- Physical hardware checked for defects,
- Cabled connections to the telephone system are checked for cable fatigue and damage.
- Backup of system programming will be made and stored.
- Programming will be checked for any issues and corrections made.
- Minor programming changes will be made including changes to the clock and extension names.
- Handsets checked for damage and signs of wear and tear including checking cables.
