King Charles III declared that Monday 19th September 2022, will be a Bank Holiday for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.
As a mark of respect, our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September to observe the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and we will re-open on Tuesday 20th September at 08:00
For those of our customers that will not be closing on Monday 19th September, we will be operating an EMERGENCY ONLY support service and we will continue to monitor our customers systems to ensure availability. Please note that we will not be taking any calls or responding to any emails for the duration of the funeral which starts at 10:00 AM.
To contact our Emergency Out of Hours Support, please call 0116 2225329 where you will be directed to the voicemail of the out-of-hours technician, please leave a description of the issue and a contact number to call you back on, and someone will get back to you. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] and the technicians will be monitoring for emails throughout the day. If the issue you raise is not an emergency, it will be dealt with on Tuesday 20th September when we return to the office.
